This is MAKE's Hojicha matcha. 

Our Hoijcha is sourced from spring tea leaves that are lightly roasted after harvesting. The result is a nutty, toasted flavor that is mildly umami and slightly sweet. This golden and aromatic tea is smooth, mellow, and because of the lower caffeine content, is easy to enjoy any time of day.
